With our busy schedules, it's often easy to forget about ordering our nutritional supplements each month, and bottles can "go empty" before we realize we need more. If you're pursuing Eniva as a business, you'll want to ensure you remain eligible for commissions.

Here at Eniva, Members take care of business the easy way by joining our Smart Order Program.

Highlights of the Smart Order Program

• Ensures you receive Eniva products each month
• No double shipments - if you've already ordered during the month, your Smart Order will not be shipped unless requested

Sign up for Smart Order after enrolling as a Preferred Customer. Just enter your Online Office and go to the "Smart Order/Autoship" section. Or, if you need assistance, call Member Services at 1-866-999-9191.

Helpful notes as you begin Smart Order:

1. As of today's date, if you have not yet placed a qualifying* product order this month and your selected Smart Order ship date has not yet passed, your Smart Order will be processed as usual. If you have placed a qualified* product order this month, you Smart Order will not ship unless requested.
2. Any requests or changes to your Smart Order need to be made by 6 pm the day prior to your Smart Order ship date.
3. If you have already placed a qualifying* product order at the time you joined the Smart Order Program, your Smart Order shipments will begin the following month.

* A qualifing product order is a minumum 49 Bonus Volume (49 BV) or more. Regional Manager and up require a minumum 74 Bonus Volume.

Note: Commission checks are mailed on the 15th of each month. If you selected the 7th as your Smart Order ship date, your commission check will be mailed on the 10th of the month instead of the 15th.
