Eniva Compensation PlanPresident's Club
National Directors and Above

Upon appointment to National Director, Eniva welcomes individuals into its President’s Club. This prestigious induction includes presenting new National Directors and their spouses with a signature 10K gold, diamond ring at the Annual Awards Banquet. After achieving the position of ND, for each additional personally-enrolled frontline (1st-level) Regional Manager developed, an additional diamond will be placed around the circumference of the male ring. For the female ring, additional diamonds will be added to the shoulder of the ring.* Upon achievement of END, a brilliant diamond stripe/band is added to the President’s Club Ring. These signature pieces are a prized display of membership in Eniva’s prestigious President’s Club.


Executive ND 1% Infinity Bonus

Once an individual has achieved the position of END, they have the ability to earn an additional 1% paid through 7-levels AND BEYOND on all BV generated by new legs that are enrolled after they have become a National Director. To begin receiving the 1% bonus, 2 new Regional Managers must be Personally Enrolled on the frontline of the END after the position of ND has been achieved. Those new frontline RMs must each achieve a minimum of $3,500 in 7-level monthly leg volume for 3 consecutive months for the bonus to begin. Volumes need to be met on an ongoing basis for bonus to continue. This exciting bonus encourages constant new manager development and provides enhanced rewards into the depths of an END’s organization for incredible income potential!


President's Club Incentives

Eniva President’s Club Members have the special opportunity to participate in exciting President’s Club incentive programs and Performance Bonuses. All ND/END/RVP/NVPs are personally challenged by Eniva to continue outstanding business growth throughout their organizations with these incredible financial bonuses, magnificent lifestyle rewards and luxurious amenities. As an example, achievement of the RVP position is highlighted by the RVP ROLEX® watch presentation. Eligibility for these bonus incentives are based upon achievement of the ND/END/ RVP/NVP positions as well as Eniva Performance Criteria.
